Using the service
By using Vid Helper, you agree to these terms. Vid Helper provides
tools that aid with video production and uploads. Available features
depend on your account permissions and the connections configured for
your workspace. If you act for a team or organization, you must have
authority to do so.

how information is handled.
Your account
Keep your account credentials secure and use only accounts, projects,
and channels you are authorized to access. You are responsible for
actions taken through your account. Contact your administrator promptly
if you suspect unauthorized access.
Your content & responsibilities
You retain your rights in content you provide. You permit Vid Helper
to store, process, render, and transmit that content as necessary to
perform the actions you request or enable. You are responsible for
having the rights and permissions needed for scripts, footage, music,
voices, likenesses, and other materials you use.
Review generated content and finished videos for accuracy, quality,
rights, and applicable platform requirements. Do not use Vid Helper to
violate others' rights, distribute unlawful or harmful content,
impersonate others deceptively, send spam, or interfere with the
service.
YouTube uploads
Vid Helper uses YouTube API Services. By using the YouTube features,
you agree to be bound by the
YouTube Terms of Service. The
Google Privacy Policy
also applies to Google's handling of information.
Connecting a channel grants the permissions shown by Google. Enabling
automatic uploading instructs Vid Helper to upload newly completed
videos assigned to that channel as private videos. You are responsible
for the channel selection and the content uploaded. Use YouTube Studio
to review and manage videos after upload.
You can disable automatic uploads or disconnect your channel. Wait for
an active upload to finish before changing connection settings.
Disconnecting does not remove videos already on YouTube. See

instructions.
Availability & changes
Processing and uploads depend on service availability, network
conditions, connected accounts, and platform limits. Completion times
and uninterrupted availability are not guaranteed. Keep copies of
important source materials and review upload status before retrying a
failed operation.
Features may change, and access may be restricted or suspended to
address misuse, security issues, or operational needs. To the extent
permitted by applicable law, the service is provided as available
without guarantees of a particular result. These terms do not exclude
rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
