Contact support

Email magnus.caruansen@gmail.com for support, privacy questions, or data-deletion requests. Include your Vid Helper username and the channel or project involved. Never send passwords, sign-in codes, or access tokens.

Account access

Vid Helper accounts are managed by your workspace administrator. Ask the person who provided your account for access, password help, or a change to your permissions. Existing users can sign in here.

YouTube connection & uploads

Open Channels → YouTube in the app to check the connected channel, review recent uploads, or manage automatic uploading. Connecting YouTube and enabling automatic uploads are separate steps.

Automatic uploading applies to newly completed videos after you enable it. Existing completed videos are not uploaded retroactively. Uploaded videos start private. If the connection has expired, reconnect the channel. If an upload needs review, check YouTube Studio before trying again to avoid duplicates.

Read the Privacy policy for details about information handling, or follow Data deletion & access to disconnect a channel, revoke permissions, or request deletion.

For a privacy request, include your username, the affected channel or project, and whether you want access, correction, or deletion. Do not include sensitive credentials or unnecessary copies of personal content.
